This notice explains what Discover Klear.ai collects when you use the guided experience at discoverklearai.com, why we collect it, and your rights. It covers this experience specifically; Klear.ai's main website and products may have their own notices.
To respond to your enquiry and prepare your call — including from partial entries. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest in following up with people who use this form to tell Klear.ai about their needs. We make this clear up front with a notice where you begin entering information, and you can object or ask us to delete your data at any time. No checkbox is required for this — it's covered by the notice, not by consent.
To keep a record on your device (recognising a return visit and restoring your progress). Our lawful basis is your consent, given via the optional "Remember me on this device" checkbox, which is off by default. If you leave it off, we still respond to your enquiry; we just won't store a persistent record on your device. You can withdraw at any time by un-ticking it, which clears that on-device record.
Your details are emailed to Klear.ai staff who handle new enquiries. The email is delivered through Formsubmit.co, a third-party form-delivery service acting on our behalf, which may process the data in the United States. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months, unless you become a customer or ask us to delete it sooner.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data, or object to its use, at any time. Contact darrel.vaughn@klearai.com. The on-device record is cleared whenever you un-tick the "Remember me on this device" box.
